Appsbroker Earns Third Google Cloud Specialization

Google Cloud Premier Partner Appsbroker, headquartered in Swindon, UK, announced on 15 June 2020 that it had achieved the Infrastructure Partner Specialization in the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program. The recognition marks the company’s third specialization in the program, joining previously earned specializations in Data Analytics and Application Development.

What the Infrastructure Specialization Means

Specializations within the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program are awarded to partners that demonstrate measurable technical proficiency and a proven track record in defined solution and service areas. To earn the Infrastructure Specialization, a partner must show expertise in:

  • Architecting and building Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and workflows
  • Designing and executing migrations to Google Cloud Platform
  • Delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers

The program is designed to help Google Cloud customers identify qualified partners with verified skills in specialist areas, reducing the risk of selecting an integration or consulting partner.

Context: A Strong Year for Appsbroker

The Infrastructure Specialization announcement came shortly after Appsbroker received the 2019 Google Cloud Specialization Partner of the Year Award for Application Development. The company also holds the distinction of being named as an initial launch partner for Google Cloud Anthos, Google’s hybrid and multi-cloud application management platform.

Quote from Appsbroker Leadership

“We’re delighted and honoured to receive this award and I’m extremely proud of the whole team. We’ve worked exclusively with Google Cloud for twelve years, delivering many transformational projects and winning happy customers. We get to work on some incredibly complex customer challenges and Google Cloud services are the best tools to have in your toolbox for providing reliable and scalable modern infrastructure solutions. Partnering with Google Cloud gives the Appsbroker team the opportunity to work at pace to deliver extraordinary outcomes to our mutual customers.”

About Appsbroker

Appsbroker positions itself as the largest European Google Cloud-only Agile Systems Integrator. The company operates exclusively within the Google Cloud ecosystem and delivers solutions across six primary focus areas:

  • Application Development
  • Collaboration — covering Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Cloud Search
  • Data Analytics & Machine Learning
  • Fintech
  • High-Performance Computing
  • Infrastructure

Appsbroker’s client base includes large enterprise organisations spanning manufacturing, financial services, and media & entertainment, including gaming. With this third specialization, the company holds Google Cloud Specializations in Application Development, Data Analytics, and Infrastructure.

Why Google Cloud Specializations Matter for Buyers

For DevOps teams and IT decision-makers evaluating Google Cloud system integrators, a partner’s specialization status serves as an independently verified signal of technical competence. Google’s Partner Advantage Program requires partners to meet defined criteria — including certified staff counts, customer success references, and solution assessments — before a specialization is granted. Holding multiple specializations indicates breadth of expertise across distinct GCP practice areas, which can be a useful filter when scoping complex, multi-workload cloud engagements.
