Microsoft Joins MEF To Bolster Azure for Operators Services

Source:- Microsoft has joined the MEF, a nonprofit industry association that aims to standardize various software-defined networking (SDN) technologies used by service providers and enterprises. The MEF lays claim to having 200 member companies, with its board heavily representing telco and Internet service providers, such as AT&T, Comcast, Ericsson, Orange and Verizon.
