Datadog is a cloud-based monitoring and observability service to check application uptime, performance and reliability.
Using Datadog we can quickly identify the status of our servers, apps, database and real time traces, logs, events and metrics.
Observability is fixing the issue in proactive manner using unknown issues. We can do RCA after fixing the issue.
We can do observability through many services like Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Grafana by installing the agent and integrations
Metrics, Logs, Traces and Events. Example: CPU Utilization, Memory Usage and Traffic.
